Partnering allows design and construction teams to synergize as a teamtohance verallproject quality and timely completion. According to the data analyzed, partnered projects out-performed non-partnered projects in cost growth in the $0 to$5 million range only.The partnering process had a positive effect in minimizing liquidated damages.Non-partnered projects had fewer number of tasksthan partnered projects which could be attributed to the increased efforts by the contractor on the partnered projects to find mutually agreeale solutions.",
