N2 - Net-centricity can be seen as supporting many functions within organizations, this includes support functions as well as operational functions. We will present a framework for extending the net-centric concept to the analysis, support, and evaluation of human on-the-job performance. We will further describe a working model of technology that supports the conceptual framework: Net-centric Performance Improvement (Net-PI). This work has been developed over the past three years in collaboration with a number of units in the military that specialize in performance improvement.
