Molecular Transformer Technology

Many small molecules of therapeutic interest are rare, difficult/expensive to synthesize or have undesireable biological properties. The system we describe offers a simple, systematic way to convert such small molecules to the biologically equivalent polymer (peptides, DNA, etc.) It could also be used to learn the rules for converting molecular types. This should be faster and require less small molecule that protocols using competition against phage or aptamers. It is also applicable to non-replicating polymers such as peptides.
