Hybrid neural implants with integrated bioactive capability

Processes were developed to effectively integrate bioactive molecules within the structure of implantable electrode arrays. Chronic neural implant arrays were fabricated using standard photolithographic processing techniques. Spatial hydrogel delivery was achieved using several methods.
