Abstract

(In reality, there were more than enough motives to fear that the police had news of my presence in Chile and the type of work we were doing. We spent almost a month in Santiago, the equipment had been seen in public more than was suitable, we had made contact with a great diversity of people, and many knew that it was I who directed the film, [… ] and that in real life I was not behaving as a very rigorous clandestine person.)
