Abstract
The integration of knowledge management initiatives into IT Solutions is discussed. Tacit knowledge exchange can be facilated among knowledge workers by the use IT such as electronic networks and group support systems. Multiple coders were used to carry content analysis of postings and classify them according to various dimenions of tacit. As shown in this case, that informal and emergent structures are correct means to foster tacit knowledge exchange.
