Chip-integrated plasmonic flat optics for mid-infrared polarization detection

Abstract

We present theoretical modeling and experimental demonstration of MIR polarization detection based on monolithically chip-integrated plasmonic metasurefaces. Our technique enables full Stokes Parameters detection for arbitrary polarized states of light in MIR wavelengths.
