Abstract
This will allow a larger percentage of expensive constituents to be active and useful inside a fuel cell, reducing cost and increasing efficiency. The material will be concentrated at the surface of the proton transport membrane where it can actively promote hydrogen reactions. This reduces waste and may improve cell efficiency.
