N2 - The nine zoned Li pegmatites are studied. The crystallization trends suggest an increase in the activities of Li minerals and the acid volatiles, P and F. Fractures controlled pseudomorphous alteration. Over 25 mineral species are associated in these pegmatites; the abundance of Li, Be, Mn, Nb, Ta and Bi minerals indicates that the pegmatites originated from a highly differentiated granitic source.-K.A.R.
