Description

Humphrey Enhancement Workshop Humphrey Online Enhancement Workshop ONLINE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENUERUSHIP WEBINAR TRAINING PROPOSAL Building upon our successful past program, the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University respectfully submits this proposal for a $? grant to host an online Enhancement Workshop to provide additional training for Humphrey Fellows in Project Development and Entrepreneurship. This interdisciplinary training, to be conducted entirely online, would build on the institutions well-established expertise in entrepreneurship, communications and international education as well as its success in delivering online training. ASU is widely recognized as one of the countrys most innovative and entrepreneurial universities, with thousands of online courses and established entrepreneurship and global outreach programs. The Cronkite School has successfully served as a host for Humphrey Fellows in journalism and communications for the past five years, has a track record of teaching entrepreneurship, and is experienced in delivering online training. As a New American University, Arizona State University is guided by eight design aspirations that influence its growth and transformation. Among these guiding principles is a deep commitment to valuing entrepreneurship in all forms.
