Systematic Observation Tools for Physical Activity

These Excel files are management tools for data collected using the paper versions of the System for Observing Play and Leisure in Youth (SOPLAY) and System for Observing Play and Active Recreation in Communities (SOPARC). The templates auto-calculate mean statistics for physical activity and contextual factors. Instructions are provided for each tool as downloadable Word documents or PNG image files. See README for additional information. Select MS Excel Spreadsheet from the download options to access and use the files. Methods for processing the data: The file is a blank, auto-calculating template to use with SOPLAY.
