Abstract
Training relates to all of the aspects of HSI. Every function of HSI finds itself a part of every other function. This chapter discusses the overarching training issues and some best practices for addressing them. Training plays an overarching role in the successful use of RPAS. Training does not stand alone many of the chapters in this book interplay with training issues. This chapter discusses the current state of training across multiple domains and how the issues relate the larger HSI arena. The objective of this chapter is to begin a discussion on the many components of training for RPAS as they relate to HSI, not to necessarily solve the issues, but to introduce them.
