Abstract
Training and education provides employees with an orientation to the organization and give them the skills needed to fulfill their responsibilities. This paper explores the content of training and education needed for continuous improvement, draws conclusions from a study of training and education programs and suggests a structure that can serve as a starting point for the employees.
