Abstract
The spin susceptibilities and compressibility of neutron matter at zero temperature were calculated. Quantum simulations of the matter were made for calulating realistic model interactions for the tensors, spin orbits and three body terms. An overall reduction in the spin susceptibility by a factor of 3 with respect to the Pauli susceptibility was observed for a wide range of neutron densities. Results for compressibility of the neutron matter were compared with other estimates obtained for semirealistic nucleon-nucleon interactions using other techniques.
