Abstract

In this second part of this paper, numerical simulations and test results have been presented on a 29-generator, 179-bus equivalent of the WECC system for both approaches of load modulation analysis developed in Part I. The accuracy of the robust performance analysis framework as well as the analysis approaches have been established through results characterizing different operating conditions. The robustness of the proposed scheme for small-disturbance angle stability enhancement has also been demonstrated through these results.
