N2 - A phasor representation method, for synthesizing the additional RCS-reduction metasurfaces to reduce the RCS of almost any original metasurface without replacing it, is presented. The method is validated with simulated results. The introduction of RCS-reduction metasurface, synthesized using the proposed method, reduces the RCS of original metasurface in the targeted frequency range.
