Abstract

AJPH has a longstanding history of inclusive practices and progressive thinking. AJPH has been a bellwether for publishing emerging trends in public health and advancing the state of public health science. The Journal has been recognized for boldly explicating critical social issues, such as racism and discrimination in health.1 Thus, AJPH remains committed to understanding and addressing issues of equity in publishing.
