Abstract
Forward Looking InfraRed (FLIR) video from fast moving platforms suffers from high levels of egomotion and is often obtained in poor conditions including low light, low resolution and periodic obscurement, which makes target detection and tracking hard. In this paper we propose an algorithmic framework which integrates image sequence stabilization, moving target detection and segmentation, target tracking, and super-resolution approaches and forms a front-end of the Automatic Target Recognition system.
