Abstract
ASU researchers have developed a new method to produce silicon-doped gallium nitride powders. The method allows for tight control over the concentration of silicon in the final product, facilitating high-luminescent, high-efficiency powders. This method can be used to produce n-type doped phosphors that can be used as active material in electroluminescent devices.
