Research output: Patent

Abstract

ASU researchers have developed a new method to produce magnesium-doped gallium nitride powders. The method allows for tight control over the concentration of magnesium in the final product, facilitating high-luminescent, high-efficiency powders. This method can be used to produce p-type GaN phosphors that can be used as active material in electroluminescent devices.
