Abstract

The invention is primarily a reading service for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Today, such individuals have very limited means of reading non-eletronic books. Only a small percentage of books are read into audo files. In this service, a customer service representative would be reading the material the users upload as an image through a software application (a part of the invention). Such service is available both in real0time and non-real-time with a short turn aroudn time. This service would be available 24/7 and can be used ready any material, including math, different language, describe images and searching (reading/browsing the index) in a non-electronic book. The system could also be used for reading wesites that are inaccessible to indiviuals who are blind or visually impaired.
