    The VLSI technology is being developed to submicron structure and molecular engineering is receiving more attention. The molecular circuits will be able to achieve the desired results by means of inherent physical phenomena or effects which exist in the molecular material, that is, it is possible to predict electronic circuit function from the electromagnetic, electrophoto, electroaudio and heatelectrical phenomena or effects. Similitude between a human memory unit - cerebellar and a storage unit in an IC is examined. A neuron network has enormous number of neurons. In state space the T//j//i is a huge matrix. A suitable algorithm to simulate a neural network which can be easily implemented in a computer is sought. The Fast Fourier Transform satisfies this demand. As an example of implementation with a chip, we simulate a neuron with a multiple fan-in and single fan-out logic unit.
