Abstract
Dielectric studies of ultraviscous fragile water was carried out. It was demonstrated that LDA above 136 K cannot be an ultraviscous fragile liquid. It was found that glassy water formed under extreme quenching conditions was unstable against crystallization. Relaxation studies between 136 K and 165 K was also carried out. It was also shown that temperature dependence increases in tanθ above 136 K. Formation of an ultraviscous strong liquid, following a fragile-to strong transition was also predicted.
