Abstract

In this paper, we report the development of a microfluidic high-throughput screening system for the screening prostate cancer sensitizing agents. A key feature is that microfluidic system has 64 different combinatorial chambers with no diffusion and no flow, allowing the generation of the numerous concentrations required to optimize synergistic drug treatments.
