Abstract
This chapter discusses the development and implementation of a large-scale faculty development program, Just-in-Time Teaching with Two Way Formative Feedback (JTFD) at Arizona State University. The JTFD program was a multi-year initiative aimed at increasing the use of AL practices in engineering classrooms. The chapter describes the development, planning, and implementation process of the JTFD program as a case study to establish a framework for building large-scale PD programs across STEM disciplines. Our findings focus on a) program structure and development and b) participant recruitment and engagement.
