Ultra-Low Power Digital Logic for OHPC

This Statement of Work (SOW) delineates the requirements and associated services to be provided to Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems (Buyer) on the Integrated High End Computing (IHEC) Program by Arizona State University (ASU) (Seller). Current evolutionary approaches to progress in computer designs are inadequate. Seller shall be responsible for fabrication and test of Josephson junction-based magnetic memory devices for use with advanced superconducting computing hardware. Nothing contained in this SOW waives any Buyer rights under any Purchase Order (PO), nor releases the Seller of any obligations or liabilities under any PO.
