    SRP-MIC Domestic Violence Prevention Initiative and Meth and Suicide Prevention Initiative Projects SRP-MIC Domestic Violence Prevention Initiative and Meth and Suicide Prevention Initiative Projects 1. Provide evaluation of the SRP-MIC Domestic Violence Prevention Initiative Project. OAIP will provide the following activities as part of the evaluation to include: 1. Work in conjunction with the projects planning groups to develop an evaluation methodology that incorporates the outcomes developed by the Project including the milestones that apply to the Projects key activities and the establishment of baseline data and information related to DV in the local community, and those required by Indian Health Services, including utilizing the outcome measures that will be established by the IHS DVPI program. 2. Participate in those project meetings where planning and service delivery decisions and strategies are made in order that the formative portion of the evaluation can be documented, and participate with Project staff and the IHS staff and National DVPI Project Officer, to develop a local process to measure specific indicators including those that are consistent with national GPRA and IHS DBH program requirements. 3. Meet periodically with the project staff to discuss and monitor the gathering, managing and storing of the projects data and provide regular updates on the status of the data gathering and the resulting improvements that may be needed to adequately report and gather the required data. Assist Project staff in the collaboration and submission of their data into the DVPI national evaluation process. 4. Analyze the results of subsequent data gathered and prepare a year-end report for the project, including the protecting the confidentiality of the data, and store and transmit data in a manner that protects the projects data.
